Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Home Renovator and bring innovative transformation to residential spaces! In this role, you will be at the forefront of remodeling and renovation projects, utilizing your expertise in building construction, carpentry, and finishing techniques. Your hands-on skills will help clients realize their vision, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance homes and improve lifestyles. Duties Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to execute renovation projects accurately. Perform a variety of building material installations including drywall, flooring, tile laying, cabinetry, and window or door hanging. Conduct framing, trim carpentry, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work to prepare spaces for finishing. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently on residential sites. Install roofing, glass panels, hardscaping elements, and perform concrete forming and finishing for outdoor projects. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with project managers to interpret technical drawings and schematics for precise execution of remodeling tasks. Skills Extensive experience with construction management principles and construction site supervision. Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery for various renovation tasks. Strong background in building construction disciplines such as carpentry (including frame carpentry), electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, and tile laying. Knowledge of safety protocols adherence to ensure a secure work environment at all times. Experience with restoration projects including plastering, stucco application, concrete finishing, and masonry repairs. Ability to perform outdoor work efficiently in varying weather conditions while managing hardscape construction projects like patios or walkways.
