Full-time Kimmons Design and Build Inc is a residential construction company that specializes in building ICF homes, ICF pools/spas, and outdoor entertainment. We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Laborer to assist with various on-site tasks. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. Work is primarily outdoors and varies by project. Assist in general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, cleaning, and material handling Operate hand and power tools under supervision Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow basic safety procedures Work independently when needed and take initiative on tasks 18 years or older Reliable transportation to and from job sites Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Basic experience in construction or general labor preferred Must be able to work independently and take direction Eligible to work in the U.S. Bonus if bilingual (Spanish/English), but not required Consistent work within 1 hour of Fort Smith Competitive hourly pay Opportunities to grow with the company and develop new skills

We have occasionally have jobsites that are 1-2 hours from Fort Smith, AR. Are you willing and able to travel to those jobsites? Are you comfortable working outdoors in cold weather and physically demanding conditions during winter months? Are you willing to work in light rain/muddy conditions if the job site is safe? Are you comfortable working around heavy machinery and equipment on active job sites? Are you comfortable working at heights (e.g., ladders, scaffolding, rooftops)? Kimmons Design and Build Inc. prohibits smoking and vaping on all jobsites. Employees who use smokeless tobacco (dip) must use a designated, leakproof container for spitting. Spitting on the ground or other jobsite surfaces is prohibited. Containers must be kept closed when not in use and properly disposed of. Employees are responsible for keeping the jobsite clean and free of tobacco waste.
