Job Description Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Skilled General Construction laborer to join our team in the Bay area for a 2-3 week project!

Pay:

$25-$34 an hour

Hours:

7am to 3:30pm Job site

Capital Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to assist with digging holes and trenches for various job site projects. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that requires working outdoors and performing manual labor throughout the day. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, comfortable working in different weather conditions, and willing to perform repetitive digging and excavation tasks. Key Responsibilities Dig holes and trenches using shovels, picks, and other hand tools. Perform manual excavation and remove dirt, rocks, and debris. Clear and prepare work areas for digging. Assist with basic job site cleanup and material handling. Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all job site safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications Previous general labor, construction, digging, or excavation experience is a plus. Ability to perform heavy physical labor throughout the workday. Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and digging for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
