Job Description

Hiring Construction Laborer We are looking for a reliable construction laborer to help with demolition on a residential project in the Atascadero area .

Job duties include:

Remove existing exterior siding Remove nails and old materials Load and dispose of debris Keep work area clean and organized Use basic hand and power tools Work safely on ladders and around the exterior of the home Follow instructions from the project supervisor

Requirements:

Construction or demolition experience preferred Must be physically able to lift and carry construction materials Must be dependable and show up on time Must have reliable transportation Experience with siding removal is a plus Must be comfortable working outdoors

Pay:

$22-$26 per hour, depending on experience
