Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and have a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment. 25-35 per hour for paid training DOE It is a piece work position after training is completed (Paid by the square footage installed)

MUST HAVE VALID LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD

(no duis or hit and runs) Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying materials, loading and unloading trucks, Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction processes and tools is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others on the job site. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety practices.
