Express Employment is looking for a Construction General Labor for a long term. At Express, we care about our Associates that's why we offer 401K along with Health Care Insurance. (Associates must meet requirements as stated in the handbook)
Hours:
30 hours per week, May work 2-5 days for 3 weeks out of the month and then one week off per month.
Pay :
$20 - $30/hour

Chico, CA Job Description:
Perform interior and exterior painting, including walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, windows, fascia, and exterior trim. Install and repair various types of flooring, including laminate, LVP, tile, hardwood, and linoleum. Carpet experience is a plus. Perform tile installation for floors, showers, and other areas. Complete general repairs and fixture replacements, including light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, and other household fixtures. Perform finish carpentry, including installation and repair of vanities, cabinets, doors, trim, and baseboards. Perform minor plumbing repairs, including faucet replacement, tub and shower installation, and basic pipe repairs. Perform basic electrical work, including replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures. Complete general carpentry repairs, including siding, windows, doors, and exterior trim. Perform routine property maintenance and repairs for rental properties and primary residences. Inspect properties and identify items requiring repair, replacement, or general upkeep. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while completing projects. Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly. Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and other team members. The position primarily involves maintenance, repairs, and renovations; no framing, new construction, or major plumbing/electrical projects are required. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of current experience Must have clean background check Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
