Position Overview At MCE, you're not just another laborer, you're part of a team building real infrastructure with opportunities to grow. As a General Construction Laborer, you will support ground-up projects across civil, telecommunications, and electrical scopes. This role is critical to keeping job sites productive, organized, and moving forward. You will work alongside experienced crews, gain hands-on experience, and contribute directly to building essential infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman and crews with daily construction activities across civil, telecom, and electrical projects
• Support civil work including excavation, trenching, grading, formwork, rebar, and concrete placement
• Assist with installation of EV infrastructure and telecommunications systems
• Operate or assist with equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and other job site machinery
• Perform general site work including material handling, cleanup, and site organization
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site in accordance with company and OSHA standards What We Expect Consistent attendance and punctuality and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Strong communication and ability to follow direction from the foreman Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Requirements 2-5 years of construction experience (civil, site development, or commercial preferred) Clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug test Experience working under a foreman on active construction sites Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required): Class A is a plus!
