Water Damage Technician/Laborer Job Description:

We are seeking hardworking and dependable laborers to assist with water mitigation, disaster cleanup, and remediation projects. Duties include demolition of damaged materials, flooring and drywall removal, equipment setup and monitoring, content cleaning, vacuuming, general labor, and working in crawl spaces. Technicians will assist with flood and water damage restoration projects in residential and commercial environments. Qualifications for

Water Damage Technician:

• Previous experience in demolition, restoration, remediation, construction, or general labor preferred
• Ability to work in confined spaces and crawl spaces for extended periods
• Comfortable wearing respirators and other PPE as required
• Experience removing flooring, drywall, and other damaged building materials
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
• Comfortable working in dirty, dusty, hot, and physically demanding environments
• Ability to follow remediation and safety procedures at all times
• Must be able to safely use hand tools
• Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

unassisted Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves

Additional Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
