Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Part-Time Laborer to join our dynamic construction team on an as-needed basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing manual labor, assisting with site preparation, and ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable industrial construction experience while contributing to impactful projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, physically capable of handling demanding tasks, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation activities including erosion control measures and debris removal Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution Operate power tools and basic equipment repair as needed under supervision Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures Support the implementation of erosion control measures to protect the environment during construction activities Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained Experience Prior industrial or construction site experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Familiarity with blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction plans is a plus Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA safety standards is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently Experience with equipment repair, power tools, or climbing activities will be advantageous Strong understanding of respiratory protection requirements and general workplace safety practices Join us in building something meaningful! Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 30.0 per week
