Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves hands-on participation in various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specifications. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high safety standards on the jobsite. Responsibilities include performing general construction tasks such as framing, siding, finish carpentry, and installing flooring, as well as interpreting construction plans and blueprints to execute projects accurately. Responsibilities Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with general construction activities across multiple phases of projects. Perform carpentry work including framing, siding, and finish carpentry to meet project requirements. Install flooring and other finishing elements as needed on the jobsite. Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications. Support the preparation and cleanup of the worksite to maintain a safe and organized environment. Skills Strong understanding of safety protocols relevant to construction sites. Experience in carpentry, including framing, siding, and finish carpentry. Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. Versatility in performing various general construction tasks such as flooring installation and other site duties. Good physical stamina and strength for manual labor tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
