Skilled Construction Laborer Overview SPC Building Services is hiring a Skilled Construction Laborer to support commercial restoration, waterproofing, and painting projects. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, safety awareness, construction experience, and the ability to drive company vehicles and tow equipment trailers. Responsibilities Perform demolition, surface prep, material handling, and site cleanup Assist trades with coatings, waterproofing, and general construction tasks Operate hand and power tools safely Drive company trucks to and from job sites Safely tow, maneuver, park, and back up equipment and utility trailers Load, secure, and transport tools, materials, and equipment Perform basic vehicle and trailer safety inspections Follow supervisor direction and jobsite safety requirements (OSHA) Maintain clean and organized work areas Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience (commercial preferred) Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Experience driving pickup trucks and towing trailers Ability to safely maneuver and back up trailers Reliable transportation Ability to lift and handle construction materials and equipment Work Environment Indoor/outdoor job sites with varying conditions Travel between job sites throughout Southern California Driving company vehicles and towing equipment trailers as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer SPC Building Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable California employment laws.
