Villa Family Construction is a locally owned and operated company serving Sonoma and Marin Counties. We specialize in residential remodels and new construction builds, delivering top-quality craftsmanship with a focus on teamwork, safety, and professionalism.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, can work efficiently, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities:

Assist with a variety of construction tasks including framing, demolition, cleanup, and material handling. Support carpenters and other trades on remodel and new build projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Follow instructions and safety protocols consistently.

Requirements:

Basic construction experience preferred (willing to train the right person). Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
