You'll use hand and power tools, follow construction workplace safety regulations, and contribute to tasks such as concrete work, carpentry, masonry, and hardscape installation.

Your impact:

Careful preparation and safe, reliable work help crews complete quality projects and keep coworkers and site visitors safer. Responsibilities Prepare and clean construction sites; move materials and perform heavy lifting as needed. Support concrete forming, formwork construction, rebar installation, concrete pouring, pumping, cutting, and finishing; operate a concrete mixer when assigned. Assist with frame and trim carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall, roofing, plastering, stucco, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry. Use construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support assigned work; assist with construction estimating when requested. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment only as authorized; follow safety protocols and instructions. Experience Construction experience or construction site experience, including working on construction projects, is preferred. Mechanical knowledge and experience with carpentry, concrete, or other listed trades are helpful; experience in renovation, restoration, or hardscape work is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, interpret blueprint specifications, and understand construction plans and technical drawings is preferred. Demonstrated safety protocol adherence and ability to perform physical work are required. Heavy equipment operation or commercial driving experience is helpful when relevant to assigned duties.

Pay:

$27.52 - $33.15 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 - 35.0 per week
