Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking hardworking and reliable Environmental Field Technicians to support environmental and field operations projects. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks. Previous environmental experience is not required. Candidates with backgrounds in tree removal, tree trimming, construction labor, landscaping, utility work, grounds maintenance, or other outdoor labor positions are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform outdoor fieldwork and environmental project support activities. Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively. Assist with vegetation clearing, site maintenance, and environmental restoration efforts. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and site-specific requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely. Complete required documentation and communicate project updates to supervisors. Qualifications Previous experience in outdoor labor, construction, landscaping, tree trimming/removal, forestry, utility work, or similar fields preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and walking on uneven terrain. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and kneel throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Juan Capistrano, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
