•26 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips and applicable overtime Just 4 Fun Party Rentals is looking for dependable, energetic team members to help deliver, set up, and pick up rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, and private parties throughout Santa Barbara. This is an active, physically demanding position. We are looking for people who enjoy hands-on work, stay busy, and take pride in doing a job well. Responsibilities Load and unload rental trucks. Deliver and set up tables, chairs, and event equipment. Pick up and safely pack equipment after events. Keep equipment organized and properly secured. Follow instructions and work efficiently with the team. Help clean and organize equipment at our warehouse. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to work. Physically capable of frequent lifting and carrying of 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors and staying active. Able to follow directions and work well with others. Available for some weekend shifts. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Schedule Flexible, part-time, and on-call opportunities. Weekday and weekend shifts available. Morning, afternoon, and occasional evening shifts. Hours vary based on event schedules and business needs. Experience Moving, warehouse, delivery, construction, landscaping, or event setup experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.
