What You'll Do As a Soft Demolition Laborer , you'll play an important role on our project teams by assisting with: Hauling demolition debris and construction materials Removing carpet, ceiling tiles, and other interior finishes Stripping walls and preparing work areas Maintaining clean and safe job sites Supporting crews with various demolition-related tasks Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn valuable construction and demolition skills. Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are: Reliable and eager to learn Able to work as part of a team Safety-conscious and hardworking Interested in building a long-term career Requirements Valid Driver's License (Required) Less than 3 points on driving record No history of DUI convictions Must provide a DMV driving record with application Must successfully pass a background check Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply.
