Maintenance & Handyman Technician - Military Housing DWGS is looking for dependable, motivated self-starters to perform a wide variety of handyman, maintenance, and repair work at a military housing community. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can identify what needs to be done, and knows how to complete jobs correctly without constant supervision. Responsibilities Complete general handyman, maintenance, and repair work Perform basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, and fixture repairs Troubleshoot problems and determine practical solutions Complete assigned work orders efficiently and professionally Communicate clearly with supervisors, residents, and team members Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Provide progress updates and document completed work Help wherever needed as projects and responsibilities grow What We're Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Able to work independently without constant supervision Experienced with multiple types of property repairs Strong problem-solving skills Professional appearance and respectful attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass any background checks required for military-base access Personal truck and tools are a strong plus, but not required As the company grows, qualified employees may be assigned a company truck, tools, and additional responsibilities.
