Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and assembling materials Support concrete pouring, mixing with concrete mixers, and finishing work including smoothing and sealing surfaces Install rebar and metal studs according to blueprint specifications to reinforce structures Construct formwork and scaffolding based on detailed construction plans and technical drawings Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Support carpentry, stucco application, tile laying, caulking, plastering, and other finishing tasks as needed Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Knowledge of concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and pumping techniques Familiarity with construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence Experience working on diverse construction projects including hardscape installation and metal stud framing Proficiency in concrete cutting, rebar installation, formwork construction, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, caulking, and other finishing trades Ability to interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately for precise execution of tasks Join us as a Construction Laborer where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
