Colorado Project Builders is hiring a dependable Construction Laborer / Remodel Helper for an active residential remodel in Delta, Colorado. This is a hands-on position supporting our lead carpenter, remodel carpenter and subcontractors. We are looking for someone who works hard, follows directions, shows up reliably and wants the opportunity to learn additional remodeling skills. Responsibilities Demolition and removal of materials Jobsite cleanup and organization Load and unload construction materials Assist carpenters with framing, drywall, flooring and finish work Prepare work areas for upcoming trades Move tools, equipment and materials around the jobsite Make basic measurements and cuts when directed Help protect finished surfaces Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with punch-list work Perform general construction tasks assigned by the site supervisor Qualifications Construction experience preferred but not required for the right applicant Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Able to follow instructions Willingness to learn Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to lift approximately 50-75 lbs. Colorado Project Builders Pay:

$20.00-$24.00 per hour based on experience. Employees who demonstrate reliability, quality work and the ability to learn can have opportunities to move into higher-skilled and higher-paying positions as Colorado Project Builders grows.
