Job Description We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Construction Crew Leader to manage a 3-to-4-man installation team. Our shop team fabricates the materials—your job is mainly the on-site assembly of pre-built detached garages, small home shells, and sheds but you will also work in the shop, especially during slower winter months (mostly under 1,000 sq. ft.).You will drive the company truck and trailer, deliver the prefabricated components to the job site, and lead your team through the final build phase.

Required Skills & Experience Crew Leadership:

Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a 3-to-4-man field assembly or carpentry crew.

Heavy Towing:

Clean driving record and proven experience safely driving a truck and trailer setup.

Rigging & Crane Signaling:

Direct experience working with crane operators to safely set pre-fabricated walls and roof trusses.

On-Site Assembly:

Expert proficiency with pneumatic nail guns, framing saws, and fast-paced field assembly.

Roofing:

Practical experience installing standard residential roofing materials.

Finishing:

Basic professional painting and exterior finishing experience.

Schedule & Hours Busy Season Average:

50 hours per week.

Occasional Overnight Early Starts:

Must be willing to start as early as 4:00 AM when required.

Flexible Ends:

Must be willing to stay late to finish an assembly and secure the job site.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$30.00 / hour to start.

Salary Track:

Potential move to a flat $70,000 annual salary after a 90-day performance review with room for salary expansion after year 1
