This is a short-term role helping to complete finish work inside a newly constructed mixed use, commercial residential building in Salida, CO. Aid in handling materials and supporting daily construction activities. You will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks as needed. This includes keeping the worksite clean and safe, operating power tools, following instructions, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Responsibilities Keep the jobsite clean and organized Provide assistance to construction foreman and follow instructions Work safely at heights and climb ladders Operate power tools and hand tools Tackle challenges with a positive attitude Follow all safety guidelines Other manual labor tasks as required Attention to detail Qualifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting objects up to 50#, standing for long periods Construction experience or knowledge Comfort with safe tool use Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Able to follow directions and work well on a small team Strong work ethic High school diploma or equivalent required
