Job Description

  • Traveling Construction Laborer
  • Pay:
    $25-$30/hr + Overtime

    • Must live in Colorado (within approximately 75 miles of Commerce City)

    • Travel throughout Colorado, surrounding states, and Texas
    • Looking for hard workers who want steady work, high hours, and the opportunity to learn a specialized trade in commercial foundation and caisson construction.
    • What You'll Do
    • + Assist with caisson, foundation, and concrete construction projects + Work with steel, forms, rebar, and concrete crews + Load and unload materials and equipment + Help maintain safe and productive jobsites + Travel to projects throughout the region
    • What We're Looking For
    • ✅ At least 1 year of experience in: + Construction labor + Concrete + Earthwork + Demolition + Landscaping + Farming/Agriculture + Other physically demanding outdoor work ✅ Ability to work 50-65 hours per week ✅ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions ✅ Clean driving record and reliable transportation ✅ Willing to travel for extended periods when projects require it

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $25.
    00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
