Lead Laborer - ConstructionJob Summary Transformed Builders is looking for a dependable, hands-on Lead Laborer to join our growing construction team. This position is ideal for someone who has solid construction experience, takes pride in doing quality work, pays attention to details, and can work independently once given clear direction. The Lead Laborer will work closely with company leadership to understand the expectations for each job and help carry those expectations into the field. You will also help guide less-experienced laborers, keep work moving throughout the day, and make sure tasks are being completed safely and correctly. We are not looking for someone who needs to know everything. We are looking for someone who is teachable, dependable, takes initiative, communicates well, and can grow into greater responsibility as the company grows. Responsibilities Follow job plans and direction from company leadership and carry those expectations through on the job site. Complete construction tasks independently and with attention to quality and detail. Help direct and support less-experienced laborers throughout the workday. Assign or reinforce daily tasks so everyone understands what needs to be accomplished. Monitor the quality and progress of work and address concerns before they become larger problems. Help maintain an organized and productive job site. Make sure tools and materials are prepared and available to reduce unnecessary downtime. Follow established morning, job-site, and end-of-day routines. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment appropriate to the job. Identify problems or questions and communicate them to leadership rather than allowing work to continue incorrectly. Protect customer property and represent Transformed Builders professionally on every job. Follow all company safety expectations and job-site standards. Lead by example through reliability, productivity, attitude, and workmanship. What We Are Looking For Previous hands-on construction experience. Ability to complete common construction tasks with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to follow direction and adjust when feedback is given. Dependable and consistent attendance. Comfortable helping guide and teach less-experienced team members. Able to stay productive without needing constant direction. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to recognize when something does not look right and ask questions before moving forward. Comfortable working with tools, lifting materials, and performing physical construction work. Willingness to learn Transformed Builders' way of doing things and grow with the company. What Success Looks Like A successful Lead Laborer is someone leadership can give a plan to in the morning and trust to help keep the job moving throughout the day. You don't have to have all the answers. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
