Duties Assist with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Support erosion control measures to protect site integrity and environmental standards Operate power tools and equipment safely while maintaining proper repair and maintenance routines Implement workplace safety protocols in compliance with OSHA safety standards, including the use of respiratory protection and climbing safety procedures Conduct erosion control activities and assist with site cleanup to maintain a safe working environment Support industrial construction activities by assisting with equipment setup, material handling, and site organization Qualifications Proven experience in industrial or heavy construction environments with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and implementation of safety regulations on-site Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, climbing, manual handling, and working in various weather conditions Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment Join us if you're ready to bring energy, precision, and dedication to challenging construction projects! Pay:
