Lawn Care Laborer / Crew Member (Full-Time)

Pay:

$18-$22 per hour (based on experience and performance) Overview We are looking to add one dependable, hardworking person to our lawn care team. We operate with a small, close-knit crew that works efficiently and holds high standards. This is not a lazy crew job and not a position where you can coast through the day. We move with purpose, communicate well, and take pride in clean, consistent results. You will be working directly with a foreman and are expected to contribute from day one.

Work Schedule Start time:

7:30 AM sharp End time: When the route is finished for the day

Lunch:

Typically taken around 12:00 PM This is a physical, fast-paced job. Days end when the work is done, not at a set clock-out time. Daily Responsibilities Edge mulch beds, sidewalks, curbs, and driveways cleanly String trim areas mowers cannot reach Assist with mowing routes (properties serviced twice per week) Blow off all hard surfaces thoroughly before leaving each property Load, unload, and properly care for equipment Keep trucks, trailers, and job sites clean and organized Follow all safety guidelines and jobsite procedures Communicate equipment issues or property concerns immediately Experience & Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience strongly preferred Comfortable using commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and minor repairs is a plus Ability to work in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are required Ability to contact a previous employer for reference is a strong bonus What We Expect Strong work ethic — no dragging jobs out Attention to detail — clean edges and finished properties matter Team mentality — everyone pulls their weight Respect for equipment, the crew, and the customer Pay & Growth Opportunities $20-$22 per hour , depending on experience and performance Opportunity to earn more if you can mow independently with minimal complaints Room for advancement and increased responsibility for the right person Training provided on equipment, routes, and specialized tasks This Job Is a
