Handle materials with care, including loading and unloading supplies. Support the application of spray foam insulation by preparing equipment such as spray guns, respirators, and other safety gear. Maintain cleanliness of work areas Interpret production documents to understand specific prep instructions and quality standards. Assist lead Sprayer Skills Must be 18 years or older No experience required — we will train the right person Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and dependable Punctual with good attendance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50-80!lbs Comfortable working in hot Florida weather, attics, and on construction sites Positive attitude and team player Able to follow directions and work safely Join us in creating top-quality insulation products while advancing your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment!
