to acquire this position.
- The majority of this job is structural repair & exclusion. However you will also be involved in the removal of wildlife from buildings.
- You want to be paid based on your effort and skill, rather than an arbitrary pay scale based on how long you've been with a company. (We pay you out the gate what you're worth, if you become worth more over time you'll be paid more). Many opportunities to increase income on a monthly basis.

Average Pay:
$25/hour MINIMUM if training is required. $30
- 40/hour for "set it and forget it" operators

Role Description This role is for a full time Wildlife Control & Exclusion Operator. Class A Wildlife Control permit through IDNR is required. The vast majority of the day to day work is exclusion, which is structural work on the exterior of a customer's house. The majority of all work takes place 20' off the ground or higher. You will need to be able to handle ladders, up to and including a 40' ladder. The next most frequent work performed will be wildlife trapping services. Ideal Qualifications Experience in Wildlife, Trapping, and Wildlife Management is required Experience with work at heights, roof safety, and ladder work Former handyman, HVAC tech, roofer, or other trades or current WCO Strong Communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience in a related field is a plus Pass a drug test
