The helper will assist with daily shop operations, equipment maintenance, and general labor duties. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is willing to help whenever needed. Must be able to work independently, have reliable attendance, be able to safely lift and move heavy materials, and have willingness to learn. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm, with option for overtime on Saturdays.

Responsibilities include:

Washing trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. Organizing materials, tools, and shop supplies. Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving materials. Handling deliveries, pickups, and jobsite runs as needed. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop. Assisting with general maintenance and other tasks. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. No experience necessary will train the right person.
