Demolition Laborer | Full Benefits | Monday-Friday (Weekends Off!) your weekends belong to you What You'll Do (Besides Feel Like a Job Site Rockstar) Lead the demo of old decks and outdoor structures across the Rochester area Run power tools and equipment like a pro (skid steers, saws, etc.

) Keep job sites safe, clean, and ready for the build team to shine Solve problems on the fly (because surprises are part of the fun) Be the calm, capable point person for project managers and homeowners What We're Looking For 3+ years of real-world construction or demolition experience Confidence and leadership Skilled with heavy equipment—you and a skid steer? Best friends. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical stamina and a love of working outside (even when it's a little muddy) A good sense of humor—because even demo days go sideways sometimes Why Work With Us?
