Job Description
Kloepfer Construction Inc. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is willing to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities on the job site. Responsibilities Assist with daily construction and job-site activities Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely Assist skilled tradespeople and crew members as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Perform general labor and other duties as assigned Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and hours Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Reliable, punctual, and dependable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required Valid driver's license preferred CDL is a plus and may provide additional opportunities Commitment to working safely and responsibly What We Offer Competitive pay Benefits offered Stable, year-round work Opportunities to learn and grow Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement If you're looking for a hands-on position with a company that values hard work, reliability, and quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
