Job Summary Lawn Enforcement Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with residential and small commercial lawn care and property cleanup jobs throughout the O'Fallon, Belleville, Shiloh, and surrounding Metro East area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for extra weekend income without committing to a full-time schedule. Work will primarily take place on Saturdays. Hours may vary depending on the number and size of scheduled jobs. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works hard, follows directions, and is comfortable performing physical outdoor work. Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful, but it is not required for someone who is dependable and willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist with mowing residential and small commercial properties Operate string trimmers/weed eaters Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping areas Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks and driveways Pull weeds and clean landscaping beds Trim bushes and shrubs Assist with brush, limb, and yard debris removal Load and unload lawn equipment and materials Assist with property cleanups and miscellaneous outdoor labor Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties Follow directions and safely operate lawn-care equipment Qualifications Must be dependable and able to arrive on time Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions Must be able to perform physical labor for several hours Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation to the O'Fallon area Lawn care, landscaping, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Experience operating a string trimmer, mower, blower, or similar equipment is a plus Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently Schedule Work is primarily available on Saturdays . Typical work may include approximately 4-10 hours , depending on the scheduled jobs. Additional weekday or Sunday work may occasionally become available for interested employees. Pay:
