Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer - Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, fabrication, and finishing of building materials across various projects. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials such as drywall, tile, cabinetry, fixtures, and gutters following blueprint specifications and construction plans Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and ladders safely to perform various installation tasks Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and interpret technical drawings or blueprints for precise placement Support framing, masonry, plastering, stucco, caulking, and flooring installation activities as directed by supervisors Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Fabricate and modify materials on-site to meet project requirements using appropriate tools and techniques Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment for construction tasks Experience with blueprint reading, dimensional measurements, and interpreting technical drawings Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Skilled in tile masonry, drywall installation, framing carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and flooring methods Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, fixture installation, gutter systems, and remodeling projects Ability to operate ladders safely and perform work at various heights confidently Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients Experience in construction site safety practices and following detailed instructions accurately Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to building quality structures while advancing your career in the construction industry. Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
