Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of work Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing, and concrete pumping with precision Support carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, plastering, roofing, and metal stud framing Execute masonry work like bricklaying or stone placement as required for project specifications Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction estimating is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings is essential for accurate task execution Hands-on experience with formwork construction, concrete cutting, rebar installation, and finishing techniques will set you apart Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or other heavy equipment safely is a plus Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations within a construction environment ensures compliance and safe work practices Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions is required Join us in building quality structures while advancing your skills in a supportive team environment!
