Our team approach focuses on helping shape Northeast Indiana's Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Institutional, and Residential markets through a tailor-made approach to construction. What You Bring to the Table You're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team. You're comfortable working with your hands, following instructions, and learning new skills through hands-on training. What You'll Do Operate and properly care for construction equipment and machinery. Assist equipment operators and skilled craft workers as needed. Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and addressing potential hazards. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials. Assemble and dismantle temporary structures, including scaffolding. Remove, fill, grade, and compact earth. Assist with framing, fixture installation, woodworking, and other construction tasks. Follow instructions provided by supervisors and project leaders. Properly use, maintain, and store basic hand and power tools. Keep jobsites clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards. Participate in on-the-job training and learn new skills as needed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
