Duties Assist with the installation of prefabricated play components according to detailed plans and technical drawings Read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans to ensure accurate implementation Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently Operate power tools and equipment for cutting, drilling, assembling, and installation tasks Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures Implement proper safety practices at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as eye and hearing protection Requirements Prior experience in construction environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential Ability to read installation plans and interpret technical drawings accurately Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of equipment maintenance Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper manual handling techniques Comfortable climbing ladders or scaffolding as required for installation tasks Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Must have own transportation Join us in building a safer, stronger future for our children and communities!
