Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee our team and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, quality control, and project management. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising crew members, managing project schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of workers on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets project specifications and client expectations. Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks while coordinating with other teams as necessary. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide the crew in executing tasks effectively. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly to maintain workflow efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry. Strong knowledge of quality control practices and procedures. Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is preferred. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Experience with project scheduling software such as Prolog is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on project goals.
