Direct Hire Skilled Construction Worker

ATCHISON, KS 66002

Job Description We are immediately hiring a Skilled Construction Worker to join a fast-paced, full-time crew in Atchison, KS. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in construction who is ready to work hard and be part of a solid team.

Pay:

💲 $17

$19/hr to start, based on experience ⏱️ Overtime every Friday!

Schedule:

📅 Monday

Thursday | 10-hour shifts 📅 Friday | Overtime day

Responsibilities:

Perform various construction tasks including framing, roofing, concrete, and finish work
Use power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment as needed
Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Prior construction experience required (2+ years preferred)
Must have your own tool belt and basic hand tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Familiarity with tools and job site safety
Reliable transportation to Atchison, KS
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
