Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Laborer/Installer/Carpenter's Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving pool installation, remodeling, carpentry, job-site preparation, material handling, and general construction support.

Responsibilities:

Assist with pool installations and remodeling projects
Support carpenters and experienced installers
Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials
Perform demolition, site preparation, cleanup, and general labor
Safely use basic hand and power tools
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

Construction, carpentry, installation, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and perform physical, outdoor work
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
Reliable, punctual, and able to report to work consistently
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must follow job-site and equipment safety procedures
Must be able to pass a background check We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in developing practical construction and installation skills.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with availability for Saturdays depending on workload and weather
