Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Laborer/Installer/Carpenter's Helper to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving pool installation, remodeling, carpentry, job-site preparation, material handling, and general construction support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with pool installations and remodeling projects
• Support carpenters and experienced installers
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials
• Perform demolition, site preparation, cleanup, and general labor
• Safely use basic hand and power tools
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Construction, carpentry, installation, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and perform physical, outdoor work
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Reliable, punctual, and able to report to work consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must follow job-site and equipment safety procedures
• Must be able to pass a background check We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an interest in developing practical construction and installation skills.

Monday through Friday, with availability for Saturdays depending on workload and weather
