Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction & Service Crew Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with various construction and maintenance tasks related to pool installation, service and repair. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in construction, repair, and service operations. Responsibilities Pool openings, closings, liner replacements, and safety cover installations according to project specifications. Operate hand tools and power tools Read schematics, and technical drawings to support installation and repair tasks. Perform construction-related tasks such as concrete work, building in ground pools. Ability to work well within a group or a pairing with other employees. Requirements Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely. Willingness to learn the many aspects of this position. Good physical condition with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. This paid position offers valuable experience in the construction industry while contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects. Higher starting pay available to the right candidate with proper experience .
