Position Overview Greener Group is seeking experienced and motivated Skilled Site / Excavating Laborers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position working on a variety of large-scale public and private site development and utility projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with sitework operations including excavation, grading, trenching, and backfilling Install underground utilities (water, sewer, drainage) Work alongside equipment operators to support safe and efficient production Perform grading, raking, and compaction work Set up and maintain job site safety measures and traffic control Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites Follow project plans, layouts, and foreman direction Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sitework, excavation, or utility construction preferred Knowledge of underground utility installation and site preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Comfortable working around heavy equipment Strong work ethics and team-oriented attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Steady pipeline of public and private projects
