Demolition General Laborer Location:
Lowell, MA Pay Rate:
$24 to $25/hourHours:
6:15AM to 4:00PM, M-F Full Time, Temp to Perm Position Description Our client is seeking a hardworking and dependable Demolition General Laborer to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist with demolition projects by performing manual labor, site preparation, debris removal, and general cleanup while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior demolition work as directed.
- Remove debris and materials from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist crew members and supervisors as needed to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Previous demolition or construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must have valid RRP (Renovation, Repair and Painting) certification
