Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including site cleanup and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and pumps safely and effectively Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Install rebar, formwork, drywall, metal studs, flooring, tile, stucco, and other building components according to specifications Conduct concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and reinforcement activities while adhering to safety protocols Support carpentry tasks such as trim work, framing, and renovation projects with precision and attention to detail Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to ensure a secure environment for everyone on site Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of various trades including carpentry, concrete work, drywall installation, and restoration Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for proper execution of tasks Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of safety protocol adherence Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete pumps, saws for cutting concrete or metal studs Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for hazard prevention Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
