The Town of Webster is seeking a full-time Heavy Motor Equipment Operator/Laborer who will work under the direct supervision of the Highway Superintendent. Duties include manual work of a routine nature in operating heavy automotive equipment and related duties as assigned. The position requires frequent heavy physical effort and is performed under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications:

High school graduate and 1 2 years of related experience in heavy equipment operations/machinery. Possession of required operator's Class B CDL License and Air Brakes endorsement license and 2B Hoisting License required. Other licenses may be beneficial or advantageous in operation of public works equipment including, but not limited to 1C,4E, and 3A. The starting rate is $26.99 per hour. Working knowledge of public works equipment operations. Working knowledge of fundamental construction and maintenance procedures.
