Full-Time About NERRM New England Restaurant & Retail Maintenance (NERRM LLC) is a family-owned commercial construction and facilities maintenance company with over 40 years of experience serving clients throughout New England. We specialize in commercial renovations, build-outs, repairs, and ongoing facility maintenance. Position Summary NERRM is seeking a dependable Laborer / Technician Helper to assist our Lead Technician with commercial build-outs, renovations, and repair projects. This position requires travel throughout New England, with transportation provided from our Woburn office when applicable. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn a variety of construction trades. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Technician with commercial construction projects and tenant build-outs. Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish work. Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment. Assemble fixtures, shelving, cabinetry, and commercial equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Operate hand and power tools safely. Pick up materials and assist with deliveries as needed. Travel to job sites throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Follow company safety policies and quality standards. Qualifications Construction or labor experience preferred Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout New England, including occasional overnight stays when required. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
