Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a timely and dependable Laborer to join our Well Drilling & Pump Services field crew. The ideal candidate will be attentive, detail-oriented, able to safely lift/carry 50lbs+, and eager to learn. As a Laborer, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, jobsite preparation, and supporting the Crew Lead to successfully construct wells and service residential & commercial water systems. Responsibilities Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products throughout the well construction process. Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively to support Crew Lead. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards in production. Participate in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions. Manage shop inventory by organizing materials, tracking quantities, and maintaining accurate records for documentation. Maintain clean and organized working areas. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
