Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Crew member, where your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will contribute to building and transforming spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including residential remodels, commercial builds, government work, hardscaping, and more. You'll be an essential part of a collaborative environment, ensuring that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this paid position provides a platform to develop your construction expertise while making a tangible impact in the community. Spanish speakers are welcomed! Responsibilities Assist in the installation of building materials such as drywall, flooring, cabinetry, stucco, and trim carpentry components. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks including framing, painting, masonry, plastering, caulking, window installation, and more. Support heavy equipment operation for site preparation and material handling. Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of projects. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality control and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase. Perform outdoor work on various hardscape projects like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscaping constructions. Reliable transportation. Experience Prior construction experience is highly preferred; candidates with background in building construction or remodeling will excel, but no prior experience is required.
