Job Description
Overview We're looking for a skilled, reliable construction worker to join our growing team! Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, concrete finishing, and masonry Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project specifications accurately Perform various construction tasks including carpentry (frame, trim, door hanging), drywall installation, stucco application, and plastering Conduct construction inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations Install fixtures such as cabinets, glass panels, doors, flooring, tiles, and countertops with precision Support demolition, restoration projects, or remodeling efforts by handling demolition debris or preparing surfaces for finishing Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with construction management processes including estimating and inspection procedures Skills in specialized areas such as plumbing, electrical systems, welding, or masonry are highly desirable Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining safety protocols at all times Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, working at heights, or in confined spaces Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
