General Labor / Installation Helper We're looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our crew! This is a hands-on position helping with outdoor installations, setup, removal, and general jobsite tasks. Experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a good attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist with installing and removing materials at residential and commercial properties. Safely set up, climb, and work from ladders. Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Follow instructions and work efficiently with the crew. Keep jobsites clean and protect customers' property. Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.

Requirements:

Comfortable working on ladders and at heights while following proper safety practices. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with assistance when needed. Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors in cold temperatures and changing weather conditions. Reliable transportation to the designated meeting location. Dependable, punctual, and ready to work. Willing to learn, take direction, and pay attention to detail. Respectful toward customers, coworkers, and their property. Available for early starts, occasional longer days, and some weekends. Prior construction, landscaping, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus.
