Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of building tasks. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps with proper safety protocols Prepare and install formwork for concrete pouring, including rebar installation and metal stud framing Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute tasks Perform concrete cutting, finishing, pouring, and stucco application to meet project specifications Support masonry work, drywall installation, roofing, flooring, tile laying, plastering, caulking, and restoration activities as needed Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocols Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site operations Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Familiarity with concrete forming, concrete finishing, masonry, metal stud framing, and rebar installation Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and workplace safety regulations Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Valid experience with hand tools, power tools, drywall installation, roofing techniques, tile laying, and flooring installation is highly desirable Join us in building quality structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Pay:

$24.08 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 - 38.0 per week
