We take pride in our workmanship and believe in doing the job right the first time. Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on employee position (not subcontractor work) focused on framing, decks, and siding. Responsibilities Perform construction-related repairs to siding, gutters, and other exterior/interior features Assist with general maintenance tasks and small construction projects Safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment on-site Tow a trailer and transport materials as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service Requirements Proven experience in construction with decks, siding, and framing Valid driver's license and ability to tow a trailer Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Basic understanding of safety practices and procedures on job sites If you're ready to bring your skills to a growing, quality-driven company, we'd love to hear from you! and become an essential part of the DG Construction & Project Management team.
