Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be preparing and setting forms for concrete walls for modular homes, assisting with various tasks, and helping with genreral tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, and general construction while contributing to diverse building projects. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed accordingly. Duties Construct, assemble, and install wall forms using hand tools, power tools, rebar installation techniques, and metal stud framing. Prepare the worksite by performing heavy lifting, site cleanup, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed in accordance with construction workplace safety regulations. Install rebar reinforcement and perform concrete cutting, pouring, finishing, plastering, and other related activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety standards during the use of hand tools and power tools. Collaborate with team members to interpret construction plans accurately and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and safety guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete forming or related fields such as masonry or carpentry. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations is essential for maintaining a safe environment. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, pumps, saws, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently. Experience with rebar installation, formwork construction, and concrete pouring/finishing is highly desirable. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working on various construction sites in different weather conditions.
