Compensation :
$18 - $20 per hour. Purpose The Laborer supports construction and renovation projects by performing skilled labor tasks under the direction of the project leader. This role emphasizes manual labor, site preparation, and assisting skilled trades while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Travel between job sites is required. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment Prepare and clean job sites, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing tools Assist with demolition and site setup Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed Support skilled trades by providing materials and performing simple tasks Arrive on time and follow instructions from supervisors Represent the company professionally and courteously Work independently or as part of a team depending on project needs Ask questions and seek clarification when needed to ensure accuracy and safety Follow all jobsite safety protocols and wear required PPE Participate in pre‑employment physical and drug screening Complete additional tasks as assigned to support project success Qualifications Ability to comprehend and follow basic instructions Basic math and measurement skills Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced construction environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and ladder climbing Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Must pass pre‑employment physical and drug screen Travel Requirements Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites
